Reynolds, originally from California, has a surprisingly long resume. After serving in the United States Navy, Reynolds studied at the Kann Institute of Art in Beverly Hills for one year and four years at the School of Allied Arts in Glendale, California. Reynolds then worked in the art department of Fox Studios. Although Reynolds was offered the esteemed position of Art Director, he turned that down and left for Arizona. He had several acres of land in Sedona, Arizona. His time here influenced his work. Reynold’s paintings effortlessly depict the cowboy lifestyle in a dry desert landscape.
